We have recently undergone 2 external audits by consultants QMS and are now accredited with ISO9001: 2000 for our air pollution consultancy services.
We have also engaged the services of an external market research company to provide independant feedback from our customers regarding our services.
We are therefore committed to a continual improvement and development program to ensure that our service maintains its high quality but also is tailored to suit the needs of our customer base.
